Francesca (Fränny to her friends) was raised in the tropical, multi cultural paradise of Hawaii by a European father and a Japanese mother. This exotic union of east meets west created ... well, think delicate European pastries married to Zen perfection. Learning the art of Old World baking at the elbow of her mom, Fränny became a master. Inspired by her natural surroundings, she began to candy lovely edible Hawaiian flowers, she added into her confections local exotic tropical fruits, fresh ground spices from distant lands, and pinches of priceless salt, harvested the ancient Hawaiian way. She wants each recipient of her baskets to be awed by the beauty of her confections and to swoon at their exquisite flavors.
